It's no secret that we like to do our part and give back at the holidays. This year, we decided to do a little extra for our community.
In addition to our annual food drive, our fantastic team members volunteered to join the #AdoptaMomma program by Made by Momma to help families living in Calgary who are going through trying times to have a memorable holiday.
ADOPT-A-MOMMA FOR CHRISTMAS
The Adopt-a-Momma program was created to help families who lack the means to have a memorable holiday. The program matches needy families with generous sponsors—families, neighbours, clubs, businesses, or organizations. Sponsors take on the responsibility of providing all holiday preparations for a family, includes gifts, toys, needed household items, non-perishable food, grocery gift cards, etc.
We are thrilled to have been a part of this amazing local charity initiative, and hope our donations can help brighten our adopted family's Christmas!

Made by Momma is a grassroots non-profit organization and registered Canadian charity in Calgary that has served our community for 15 years. They help families facing adversity and crisis by providing healthy prepared meals, wholesome baked goods, baby essentials, children's items, supportive in-home visits, and many other services that allow mothers to rest, recover, and focus on their families and health.
