- Prefer a virtual showing? No problem! We regularly tour our clients via Facetime, Whats App, or whatever works best for you.
- Want more info? Absolutely. We can track down floorplans, virtual tours, extra photos, you name it.
Offer Process
- Found THE place? Great! We will do a market evaluation and due diligence on the home so you are confident in your purchase.
- All the paperwork can be done electronically, no need to be in town!
- Can't make it out for the inspection? No problem! We can attend on your behalf, and loop you in via phone or video if you'd like.
- Need a lawyer referral? Absolutely. Can't make it to town to sign papers? No problem! We can help coordinate a remote signing.
