Livingston is a developing community located at the north edge of the city north of Stoney Trail and east of the newer community of Carrington. Centre Street N transitions to 1 Street NE, which runs through the heart of the community.
Green/outdoor spaces include the Outdoor Play Structure, the Livingston Pump Track, and the Livingston Dog Park. Nearby amenities include Crossiron Mills Mall, New Horizon Mall, Country Hills Shopping Centre, and more. The Livingston Hub is the HOA park that has been designed to be accessible and include skating rinks (leisure and hockey), a playground, tennis courts, an amphitheatre, water spray park, gathering spaces, outdoor ping pong tables, and community events and programs for all ages.
The community is still growing, so nearby schools are located in neighbouring communities, such as Five Star Montessori Pre-K, Notre Dame Senior High School, Captain Nichola Goddard, and St. Jerome Elementary.
