Located at the western edge of the city, Tuscany is bounded by Stoney Trail, Nose Hill Drive, Crowchild Trail, and Twelve Mile Coulee Road. Tuscany was established in 1994, and it was named for the region of Tuscany, Italy.
It's a great location for the outdoor enthusiasts with direct access to the mountains via Crowchild Trail and also Lynx Ridge Golf Club. It also has easy access to the Bow River to the south, Twelve Mile Coulee Natural Environment Park, Tuscany Off-Leash Area, and several natural pathways and green spaces.

Sobeys and other amenities reside in Tuscany Market, and there's also a Home Depot serving the community. Tuscany borders Royal Oak and its amenities and also has easy access to Crowfoot Crossing.
